Memtrex MP-E absolute pleated cartridge filters feature the asymmetric polyethersulfone (PES) membrane, specifically designed for Ultrapure Deionized (UPDI) water and microelectronics applications. These electronics-grade filters undergo high-purity rinsing to achieve TOC and trace metals levels below 5.0 ppb, making them ideal for final filtration in DI water pads and POU applications. Each USA-made filter is 100% integrity-tested and pre-rinsed in UPDI water.The filters can be autoclaved to 121°C or steam sterilized to 125°C.

Memtrex MP-S absolute pleated cartridge filters utilize a double-layer polyethersulfone (PES) membrane validated for bacterial retention. They are specifically engineered for final sterile filtration of biological and pharmaceutical products. These sterilizing-grade filters provide low protein-binding characteristics, high throughput, and broad chemical compatibility, making them ideal for critical applications including pure water for dialysis and Water for Injection (WFI). Manufactured in the USA, these filters can be sterilized by autoclave or steam up to 125°C, or sanitized with compatible chemical agents.

Nylon Membrane: Memtrex NY Filter

Memtrex NY filters feature a dual-layer nylon membrane design with a larger-pore prefilter layer followed by a final filtration membrane. The prefilter layer extends cartridge life and effectively captures gelatinous particles, while the second layer ensures consistent filtration. Made from hydrophilic nylon 66, these filters are non-shedding and free from wetting agents. Construction uses thermoplastic sealing without adhesives, and each filter undergoes integrity testing. They offer organic solvent compatibility and can be sterilized via autoclave or steam up to 125°C.

Memtrex KM filters feature a single-layer nylon 66 membrane in an all-polypropylene housing, offering superior filtration performance and broad chemical compatibility. The naturally hydrophilic nylon membrane is non-shedding and free from wetting agents. Built with thermoplastic sealing instead of adhesives, each filter undergoes individual integrity testing. ECTFE Membrane with All-Fluoropolymer Construction: Memtrex HFE Filter

Memtrex HFE hydrophobic pleated cartridge filters are constructed entirely from fluoropolymer materials, including ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene (ECTFE), a high-performance industrial fluoropolymer known for exceptional solvent resistance. The use of these highly resistant materials makes these filters exceptionally durable in extreme process conditions, including ozonated streams, aromatics, halogenated solvents, oxidizers, and temperatures up to 302°F (150°C). They provide consistent filtration with broad chemical compatibility, achieving 99.9% filtration efficiency at rated pore size (verified by ASTM F795 and F661 testing). The filters are thermally bonded without adhesives or binders and can be sanitized with compatible chemicals, though steam sterilization should be avoided due to their hydrophobic nature.Their advanced pleat pack design enables reduced pressure drop and enhanced flow rates.
