If you use an authorised agent to initiate a privacy rights request, you must email our Privacy Office directly and provide us with a valid power of attorney or other comparable document of written permission from you. Any decision relating to your privacy rights request will be disclosed to you in writing, and you can dispute this decision by contacting us at dpo.watertech@veolia.com, or by contacting your local regulatory authority.
In case of difficulty concerning the management of their personal Data by the Publisher, the User may contact the Data Protection Officer of Veolia Water Technologies (email address: dpo.watertech@veolia.com). If the User is not satisfied with the DPO's response, he or she may lodge a complaint with the competent protection authority (in France: CNIL - 3, place de Fontenoy - TSA 80715 - 75334 Paris Cedex 07).
Veolia | Water Tech reminds that the User may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of his Data.
We are obliged to keep the Data collected from Users up to date. It is therefore recommended that the User inform Veolia | Water Tech of any changes concerning him/her by sending an e-mail to the following address: dpo.watertech@veolia.com
