工作原理

ZeeLung MABR with zeeDENSE couples the synergies of ZeeLung MABR with continuous flow densification.

ZeeLung MABR加强了现有生物反应槽的营养物去除。浸泡于混合液中的ZeeLung盒可支持生物膜的生长,增加系统中营养物去除细菌的数量。ZeeLung介质可通过“呼吸”(在不使用气泡的情况下将氧气转移到生物膜中)降低能源消耗,并减少N2O排放。ZeeLung可以提供高达50%的容量扩展,同时减少高达75%的曝气能量,并减少温室气体排放。

The Yorkville-Bristol Sanitary District faced multiple challenges including capacity constraints from population growth and industrial loads, space limitations, and phosphorus discharge compliance requirements. In 2017, they implemented ZeeLung MABR technology as a solution. When increased flow created new clarifier capacity challenges, the facility was further upgraded in 2023 with ZeeLung MABR with zeeDENSE technology providing a 40% increase in secondary clarifier capacity without new construction and 75% chemical savings from optimized biological phosphorus removal.
